Samsung Galaxy F70 Pro launching August 3, price starts Rs 25,999
Samsung’s Galaxy F70 Pro 5G launches in India on August 3, with prices starting at Rs 25,999 and a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset.
Samsung’s Galaxy F70 Pro 5G is set to launch in India on August 3, 2026, with the company confirming pricing and specifications ahead of the debut.
The phone will be offered in three configurations: 6GB/128GB at Rs 25,999, 8GB/128GB at Rs 29,999, and 8GB/256GB at Rs 34,999, available through Flipkart and Samsung’s official online store.
Powering the device is a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, with up to 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The Galaxy F70 Pro features an FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, alongside a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP OIS-enabled primary sensor, a 5MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro camera.
A 6,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging powers the phone, which runs One UI 8.5 with AI-powered features and comes with six years of OS upgrades and security updates.
The device will be available in Alpha Black and Aura Green colour options.
The Galaxy F70 Pro’s launch comes during a busy month for smartphone releases in India, with several other manufacturers, including Xiaomi, Vivo and Google, also lining up new models through August.
One UI 8.5, the software layer running on the Galaxy F70 Pro, builds on Samsung’s Android skin with additional AI-driven features for photo editing, translation and on-device assistance.
The Galaxy F series has positioned itself as Samsung’s online-first, value-focused lineup in India, typically sold exclusively through Flipkart and Samsung’s own e-commerce channels rather than retail stores.
A six-year commitment to OS upgrades and security updates is an unusually long support window for this price segment, matching commitments Samsung has extended to its flagship Galaxy S series in recent years.
The triple rear camera setup, led by a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, targets buyers prioritising photography in a segment where camera quality is often a key purchase driver.
