UPSC EPFO APFC 2026 notification out for 80 posts, apply from August 22
UPSC has released the EPFO APFC 2026 notification for 80 vacancies, with online applications open from August 22 to September 11 and the exam scheduled for December 20.
The Union Public Service Commission has released the notification for recruitment to 80 posts of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner in the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation.
Online registration for the UPSC EPFO APFC 2026 recruitment opened on August 22 and will remain open until September 11, 2026.
Eligible candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university or equivalent qualification.
The upper age limit is set at 35 years for UR and EWS candidates, 38 years for OBC candidates, and 40 years for SC and ST candidates.
The recruitment exam is scheduled for December 20, 2026, followed by a two-stage selection process comprising a written exam and an interview, with the final merit list based on a 75:25 weightage between the two.
The Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner post is a Group A Gazetted position, carrying Level 10 pay under the 7th Central Pay Commission matrix.
The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation is the statutory body responsible for administering retirement savings and pension schemes for salaried employees across India, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Employment.
