Published

on

Life often presents us with unexpected challenges that leave us questioning our existence, fate, and divine justice. Why do we suffer despite never harming anyone? Why do certain situations and relationships seem destined to bring us pain? The answers to these profound questions lie within the Akashic Records, a cosmic library that holds the record of every soul’s journey—its thoughts, emotions, actions, and experiences across multiple lifetimes.

The book “Akashic Record Reading Dwara Aatm Gyan Ki Yatra” aims to introduce readers to the powerful tool of Akashic Record Reading and its ability to transform lives. It sheds light on how accessing these records can help individuals understand their soul’s purpose, resolve life’s challenges, and gain deep insights into their relationships.

Akashic Records, contain the history of every soul’s past, present, and possible future experiences. This cosmic database provides guidance on why we experience certain hardships and how our actions in previous lifetimes influence our current reality. By unlocking these records, one can gain clarity on life’s journey, purpose, and the lessons meant to be learned.

Throughout life, many of us ponder the same fundamental questions: Who am I? Where have I come from? What is the purpose of my life? Where am I heading? These questions formed the foundation of this book, as the author sought answers through Akashic Record Reading. The revelations were profound—we choose our own parents, family, and circumstances before birth. Each relationship, whether harmonious or challenging, serves as a karmic settlement from past lives. The people who bring us suffering may have unfinished business with us from previous incarnations, and these unresolved karmic debts manifest in our present life.

The book explains how accessing Akashic Records allows individuals to:

Understand their life purpose and the spiritual contracts they have made before birth.

Find solutions to persistent challenges by uncovering the karmic patterns that influence their present circumstances.

Gain closure and heal relationships, realising that past-life debts often shape current interactions.

Release negative energy and past burdens, enabling a more harmonious and fulfilling life.

Through his personal experiences, the author reveals that our souls reincarnate with a purpose—to evolve spiritually, resolve past karma, and acquire new knowledge. Every event, relationship, and struggle serves as a stepping stone toward higher wisdom. By embracing the insights offered by Akashic Records, one can attain inner peace, self-awareness, and enlightenment.

“Akashic Record Reading Dwara Aatm Gyan Ki Yatra” is not just a book; it is a spiritual guide that offers readers a deeper understanding of their own lives. It encourages individuals to shift their perspective, view life’s challenges as opportunities for growth, and embrace the wisdom of the universe. The Akashic Records serve as a gateway to self-realisation, helping individuals break free from the cycle of karma and move towards a life filled with purpose, clarity, and peace.

For those seeking answers beyond the physical realm, this book serves as a beacon of light, illuminating the path to self-discovery and spiritual awakening.

India’s Leading Sports EdTech Association with Ucam Spain

Published

Sportz Next and UCAM, Spain bring globally accredited, industry-ready sports education to Indian students

India loves sport with all its heart, but for years its sporting minds had nowhere close to home to learn the business and science behind the games they loved. Coaches wanted to understand sports management. Trainers wanted certified sports science knowledge. Graduates wanted careers in sports marketing, event management and analytics. The passion was everywhere. The pathway was missing.

That gap is now closing, and Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, is where the story begins.

A Sports EdTech Built in Gwalior

Sportz Next, headquartered in Gwalior, is a sports education company with a simple mission: make world-class sports education accessible and affordable for students, coaches and working professionals who want to build a career around sport.

Founded in 2019, it has built an ecosystem of courses, certifications, webinars, conferences and community platforms for one purpose: turning sporting passion into a professional career. From aspiring sports managers to strength and conditioning coaches, from event organisers to sports scientists, Sportz Next offers a home for anyone who wants to work in sport, not just watch it.

A Global Partner: UCAM, Murcia, Spain

What sets Sportz Next apart is its academic partnership with UCAM (Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia), one of Spain’s best-known sports universities, with a long record in Olympic sport and sports science. According to Sportz Next, UCAM helped Spain win 15 of its 17 medals at the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Through this collaboration, Indian students can study UCAM-backed programmes without leaving the country or paying international tuition fees. It is a bridge between Spanish academic rigour and Indian sporting ambition.

Degrees That Travel With You

Every programme, whether a Master’s, a Diploma or a Certificate, carries ECTS credits (the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System), the standard used across European universities under the Bologna Process. In simple terms, a Sportz Next and UCAM qualification is designed to be a globally portable credential, not just a local certificate.

For students who worry whether an Indian qualification will “count” abroad, that alignment with European standards is a real advantage.

Nine Programmes, Three Levels

Sportz Next structures its courses for every career stage, so learners can start where they are and build up over time.

Master’s Programmes (12 months, 60 ECTS)

  • Master’s in Sports Management covers sports marketing and sponsorship, event management, governance, sports law, media and analytics. It is aimed at graduates, business professionals and administrators who want leadership roles in leagues, federations and sports brands.
  • Master’s in Sports Sciences and High Performance covers exercise physiology, biomechanics and sports nutrition, with hands-on training at high-performance centres. It suits coaches, trainers and sports science graduates.

Diploma Programmes (6 months, 30 ECTS, PG Certificate awarded by UCAM)

  • (SNC) for aspiring performance coaches, with 120+ live and recorded sessions and an on-ground practicum.
  • Diploma in Sports Marketing and Management for those building a career in sports business, with an onsite industry immersion.
  • Diploma in Sports Sciences and High Performance, a six-module programme covering physiology, biomechanics, conditioning, analytics, nutrition and sports technology, with a practicum working with real athletes and data.

Certificate Programmes (3 months, 15 ECTS)

  • Sports Digital Marketing covers social media strategy, paid advertising and sponsorship and influencer marketing.
  • Sports Biomechanics covers motion analysis, injury prevention and performance science, delivered online.
  • Sports Nutrition is designed for future sports nutritionists, dietitians and performance coaches.
  • Strength and Conditioning (SNC) is a five-module programme taught by practitioners, and a good first step before moving up to the diploma.

The ladder is stackable. A coach can begin with a three-month certificate, move to a diploma and later complete a Master’s. Whatever the entry point, the aim is the same: a recognised, career-ready qualification.

Learning From Practitioners, Not Just Professors

A partnership like this is only as good as the people teaching in it. Sportz Next’s faculty includes:

  • Dr. Amol Patil, National Faculty for Sports Medicine and Injury Biomechanics, and Founder and Lead Consultant at Activ Insight.
  • Ramji Srinivasan, National Faculty for Strength and Conditioning, and Founder of Sports Dynamix.
  • Dr. Shaji Prabhakaran, National Faculty for Sports Administration, and former Secretary General of the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
  • Fiona Green, International Faculty for Data Analytics (Sports Business), and Founder and CRO of ProDataStack.

These are the areas where sport is hiring: injury prevention, athlete conditioning, federation-level administration and data. Students learn from people who have worked in these roles, so classroom learning stays tied to what is happening on the field.

A Delivery Model Made for Real Life

Working coaches and students cannot always pause their lives for years of classroom study. Sportz Next uses an 80/20 hybrid model.

80% is digital: live and recorded sessions, faculty mentorship and more than 600 hours of coursework.

20% is on the ground: industry case studies, capstone projects, workshops at high-performance centres and an international academic exposure tour, with an optional four-week internship.

The practical side takes place at two training centres: Sports Dynamix in Chennai and ProPhysio in Mumbai. A coach in a small town or a graduate anywhere in India can access the same UCAM-backed education without relocating or quitting a job. It is education that meets students where they are.

Curriculum Built for Jobs

The most important word in this story is “industry-ready.” The curriculum is designed around what sports employers need: marketing and sponsorship, event management, performance science, strength and conditioning, analytics and sports business leadership. It is taught through real case studies of how leagues are run, events are staged and athletes are monitored.

Sportz Next also runs a placement cell and reports 500+ alumni working across organisations in Indian sport. Students should ask for the latest placement details during counselling, but the focus is clear: graduates who can add value from day one.

SEAT 2026: Scholarships of Up to 50%

Cost is often the biggest barrier, so Sportz Next offers the Scholarship Eligibility Aptitude Test (SEAT 2026). It is free to register for, takes 60 minutes, and is open to Class 12 students, graduates, athletes, coaches and working professionals across India. Scholarships of up to 50% are available depending on performance.

Why This Matters for India’s Sporting Future

Sport in India is no longer just entertainment. It is an industry, and industries need trained professionals to grow. Every league, academy and sports brand needs skilled managers, scientists, marketers and analysts.

Sportz Next, in partnership with UCAM, is working to build that workforce one accredited course at a time. For any student wondering whether a career in sport is “practical,” the answer is clearer than ever: yes, with the right education behind it. For a generation that grew up idolising sportspeople, it is a chance to build a serious, globally respected career in the game they love.

MYDOCS Builds a Digital Documentation Ecosystem for Secure, Searchable and Organized Records

Published

on

By

Bengaluru, September 29, 2026

As businesses and institutions increasingly shift from paper-based records to digital workflows, MYDOCS is developing its identity around professional document digitization and management. Through mydocs.co.in, the company presents services designed to help organizations convert, organize and access important records more efficiently.

The company’s offering combines document scanning, medical record digitization, OCR processing and document management, with an emphasis on secure handling, accuracy and easier retrieval. Its approach positions documentation as an ongoing operational function rather than simply a process of converting paper files into digital copies.

Turning Physical Records into Digital Assets

At the centre of MYDOCS’ service model is document digitization. Organizations dealing with large paper archives can use scanning and digital conversion to create structured electronic records that are easier to store, search and retrieve. The company highlights high-resolution scanning, bulk processing, quality checks and secure handling as part of its document-scanning capabilities.

Specialized Support for Medical Documentation

Healthcare records require additional attention because they can contain confidential patient information. MYDOCS focuses significantly on medical file scanning and patient-record digitization, presenting these services around confidentiality, accuracy and organized access. The objective is to help healthcare organizations move important physical records into digital formats while maintaining appropriate attention to sensitive information.

OCR Makes Digital Records Easier to Search

A scanned document is not always convenient if its contents cannot be searched. MYDOCS addresses this requirement through Optical Character Recognition (OCR), including searchable PDF creation. OCR can convert recognized text within scanned pages into information that users can locate digitally, helping reduce the time required to manually examine large document collections.

From Digitization to Document Management

The company’s services extend beyond scanning. Its document-management approach includes centralized storage, search and retrieval, controlled access and digital workflow support. This creates a connection between the initial conversion of physical records and their continued use within an organization’s day-to-day operations.

Solutions Across Multiple Industries

MYDOCS identifies a range of sectors that can benefit from structured document digitization, including healthcare, government, legal services, banking and finance, education and corporate enterprises. These industries commonly manage substantial volumes of records, making reliable scanning, indexing, search and storage important components of their information workflows.

Leadership Bringing Different Functions Together

The company’s leadership structure combines business, finance, governance and technology responsibilities. PrathapKumar GR is listed as Founder & CEO, while Sushma S serves as Founder & CFO. The organization also lists Niddhi Shah as Director-Non Executive and Shashi Kumar GR as Technical Head.

A Focus on Security, Accuracy and Accessibility

For businesses managing sensitive or high-volume documentation, digitization is not only about reducing paper. It also involves maintaining the quality of information and making records available when required. MYDOCS’ stated focus on security, data integrity, confidentiality and organized access reflects these practical requirements, particularly in areas such as healthcare and other information-intensive sectors.

Building a Professional Document Partner Brand

The company’s identity is built around the idea of being a document partner rather than simply a scanning provider. That positioning reflects a broader service model covering the movement of information from physical files to searchable digital records and, subsequently, structured document management.

With its combination of scanning, medical-record digitization, OCR and document-management services, MYDOCS is establishing a focused presence in the professional documentation space. As organizations continue adopting digital-first workflows, the ability to turn physical information into secure, accessible and searchable records is likely to remain an important operational requirement.

Nirvana Naturopathy & Retreat: Making Time for Health, Wellness and What Truly Matters

Published

on

By

By Gurumaa Yogita Khatri, Founder & Director, Nirvana Naturopathy & Retreat, Igatpuri, Nashik

There is one question I have heard many times in my years of working with people: “When is the right time to change?”

After more than 27 years of experience in yoga, naturopathy, wellness and health awareness, I have realised that the answer is often simpler than we make it. The right time is usually the moment when we stop postponing something we already know is important.

We all understand that time is valuable, yet we are often careless with it. We postpone sleep because of work, exercise because of a busy schedule, family time because something else seems more urgent and our own health because we believe there will always be time later.

“I will start tomorrow.”

It sounds harmless. But tomorrow can easily become next week, next month and, before we realise it, several years.

At Nirvana Naturopathy & Retreat in Igatpuri, Nashik, I have met people from many different backgrounds. Their reasons for coming are not always the same. Some want to improve their lifestyle, some need time to slow down and others want to reconnect with themselves. Yet I often notice one common thread: they have spent years taking care of their work, families and responsibilities while putting their own health at the bottom of the list.

Only when they finally pause do they realise how long they have been ignoring the small signals from their body and mind.

Our body has its own language. Poor sleep, constant tiredness, digestive discomfort, lack of energy and prolonged stress can be reminders to look more closely at the way we are living. They should not automatically be treated as a diagnosis, but neither should persistent concerns be ignored. When symptoms continue or cause concern, proper medical advice is important.

The bigger question is why we wait so long to pay attention.

Perhaps because postponing ourselves has become normal.

We tell ourselves that we will exercise when work becomes easier, meditate when the mind becomes calmer, eat better when the schedule becomes manageable or spend more time with our family when responsibilities reduce.

But life rarely becomes completely convenient.

There may never be a perfect time.

There can, however, be a conscious decision to make something important a priority.

This is one reason I believe preventive health and holistic wellness deserve greater attention. Naturopathy encourages us to look at lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity, rest and our relationship with nature as important parts of overall wellbeing. Yoga and meditation can also become meaningful practices for people looking to develop greater awareness of their body and mind.

For me, wellness begins with awareness.

Are we sleeping enough? Are we eating mindfully? Are we moving our bodies? Are we constantly connected to our phones? Do we have even a few quiet minutes in the day? Are we listening when our body asks us to slow down?

These are simple questions, but they can lead to important conversations with ourselves.

I often think about this during quiet moments at Nirvana. Once the day’s activity settles, time feels different. The surroundings become quieter and there is space to notice things that are easy to miss in the rush of everyday life.

We spend so much time trying to save time that we rarely ask ourselves what we are saving it for.

That question has stayed with me.

If we save an hour but never use it for our health, our family, our relationships or our own peace of mind, what have we really gained?

Health should not become important only after a problem appears. Preventive wellness means giving attention to ourselves while we still have the opportunity to make positive changes.

Sometimes that change is very small. Going for a walk. Eating a little more mindfully. Sleeping earlier. Spending ten minutes in meditation. Taking a break from the screen. Sitting in nature. Having an honest conversation with someone we love.

None of these actions seems dramatic. But our lives are built from ordinary choices repeated over time.

That is where I believe the real meaning of healthy living lies.

At Nirvana Naturopathy & Retreat, Igatpuri, Nashik, my work has always been connected with helping people become more aware of their lifestyle, health and wellbeing. A wellness retreat should not simply offer a temporary escape from everyday life. It should also give people an opportunity to reflect on how they want to live when they return home.

We cannot bring yesterday back. We cannot ask last year to give us another chance. Once an hour has passed, it is gone.

But we can decide what we do with the next hour.

So perhaps the question is not, “How much time do I have?”

Perhaps the more important question is, “What am I giving my time to?”

The answer may reveal more about our priorities than we realise.

Before saying, “I will do it later,” pause for a moment. Ask yourself what you have been postponing. Your health? Your family? Your peace of mind? Your need to slow down?

Sometimes the right time does not arrive with a dramatic sign. It is simply the moment when we stop saying “later” and decide to begin.

Because the real value of time is not only in how many years we live. It is in how consciously we choose to live them.
