Time theft is pervasive in the modern workplace, with employees spending time on non-work-related activities during work hours. This can range from extended breaks and personal phone calls to excessive social media use and unproductive meetings. In India, where the workforce is increasingly diverse and remote work has become more prevalent, managing time theft has become even more challenging.
